Nursing Assistant is someone who is not a registered nurse but has acquired some form of training that qualifies him/her to assist individuals/patients/clients with physical disabilities, mental impairments, and other healthcare needs with their activities of daily living 

NOTE: These are not Registered Nurses and cannot perform the roles of Registered Nurses.

  They can perform these duties

but not limited to;

prompt monitoring vital signs.

serving prescribed medication.

assist with bathing

oral care

feeding

toileting

ambulating

laundry

accompanying clients to hospital

companionship.
